Move In Report
Following is the move-in conditions form that will need to be submitted with 3 business days after you've moved into your apartment. Leave the "OK (N/A)" check box checked for any items that are not applicable in your apartment.
If you fail to complete this form in it's entirety or fail to be descriptive, you may be charged with damages to the unit whether or not they occurred before your tenancy. When you are finished with the form click the Submit button near the bottom.
