Early Spring, No Complaints
When you can walk outside in a t-shirt in eastern Idaho in the middle of January and bask in San Diego weather...well shoot, perhaps global warming isn't such a bad thing after all ;) Sure, ski resorts are hating life and our farmers are probably sweating things a bit, but on the bright side, I haven't touched a snow shovel since late December and my ever-balding, 'un-winterized', tires seem to be holding up just fine. I wonder if the Lazy River is open at Ross Park yet?
On a more serious note, we wish to express our gratitude to the loyal customer base we have throughout eastern Idaho. Many of your leases expire over and over again and many of you continue renewing through Axiom every time, or at least in another Axiom managed property. We appreciate this greatly and will continue to make every effort to provide excellent customer service to you. As evidence of our efforts we have steadily added personnel over the past 12 months to accommodate our growing customer base both faster and more efficiently. You may also have noticed the 'Resident Web Access' link now on our home page. This service allows Axiom residents to make payments online, access account information (e.g. view transactions, payment history, owing balances, etc.), enter a work order request right within our software (implying your request won't be lost or inadvertently missed as can sometimes occur in email land), update your customer information, etc. It's a great service and will enhance our customers' capabilities in many ways.
